Parent Information
- It is very important that your child wears his/her glasses as prescribed. When your child receives their glasses, they will be given a case, cleaning cloth, and an information card directing them how to wear and care for their glasses. Information on how to properly care for glasses can be found HERE.
- A copy of your child’s examination record is given to the school nurse. The examination and prescription is valid for one (1) year from the exam date. In the event you would like to have an official copy of your child’s prescription, please submit a request online by submitting a comment in the “contact us” section of the website.
- We understand that accidents happen and sometimes glasses are lost or broken. KVFL offers a replacement program through Crown Vision Center. More information can be found HERE. Information on our in-store program can be found HERE.
